'X Factor' Weeks Away From New Judges |

| Don't expect the two new "X Factor" judges to be in place by the time open auditions begin March 14 in Kansas City, Mo. Meetings will be taking pace over the next several weeks with potential judges, at which time executive producer and judge Simon Cowell will go over the demands of the job.
