Talk about a trouper!

Lady Gaga was hit in the head with a pole onstage during the last of three concerts in New Zealand on Sunday … suffered a concussion … and finished off the show!
.
An amateur captured all the drama on a video, which shows Gaga’s dancer accidentally hitting her in the head during her song “Judas.” Gaga looks momentarily stunned, chases him briefly with a toy gun, and leaves the stage. Check it out:

Mother Monster performed a whopping 16 more songs before calling it a night. Now that’s dedication!
.
“I want to apologize. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don’t you worry, I will finish this show,” Gaga told the crowd.
.
The singer’s make-up artist, Tara Savelo, tweeted about the incident on Sunday, writing, “Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I’m taking care of her. Can’t believe she finished the show.”
.
The Biebs recently suffered a concussion onstage, too — maybe he and Gaga can swap stories.
.
Meantime … looks like Gaga ain’t taking any s**t from Grumpy McGrump-a-lot Madonna, who appeared to dis the singer last week in Tel Aviv with an “Express Yourself”/”Born This Way” mash-up … implying that “Born This Way” is a rip-off.
.
Check out the video — the mash-up begins at 1:12:

At one of Gaga’s New Zealand shows, she ended “Born This Way” with a not-so-subtle response to Madonna’s little onstage tantrum, saying “She’s not me.”
.
And while playing her song “Hair” during Thursday’s show in NZ, Gaga sat down at her keyboard and indirectly responded to Madonna’s little issue with her.
.
“It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work,” she said.
.
“And that doesn’t make me feel good at all. That just makes me feel like I’m not being a good human being … I don’t even want to fight back because it’s more important to me to keep writing music. Because that’s really all I care about, is the music … things are really different than they were 25 years ago, and that’s what makes ‘Born this Way’ so relevant for me. We’re socially in a different place and it’s OK, we don’t have to all slice and hate each other anymore.”
.
Gaga also dismissed the criticism in an interview recently, calling Madonna’s claims that “Born This Way” is just like “Express Yourself” “completely ridiculous.”
.
“I’m a songwriter. I’ve written loads of music,” the singer told the New Musical Express.
.
“Why would I try to put out a song and think I’m getting one over on everybody? That’s retarded.”
.
She continued: “What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about … If you put the songs next to each other, side-by-side, the only similarities are the chord progression.”
.
“It’s the same one that’s been in disco music for the last 50 years. Just because I’m the first f**king artist in 25 years to think of putting it on Top 40 radio, it doesn’t mean I’m a plagiarist, it means that I’m f**king smart. Sorry!”
.
Do you think Madonna’s criticism of Gaga is justified, or is she just being a disgruntled old fart?
