Green Day unveil new album's artwork
Green Day's "¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré!" trilogy will be released in different stages, with the first album "¡Uno!" coming out on September 25 in the US and September 24 in the UK. The second LP "¡Dos!" comes out on November 13 in the US and November 12 in the UK and finally, "¡Tré!" will come out on January 15 2013 in the US and on January 14 2013 in the UK. Now the three Californian pop punkers have unveiled the artwork for "¡Uno!" with a video: it features singer Bille Joe Armstrong's face, with his eyes crossed out, against a swamp green background.
The video trailer shows the trio busy recording in their studio. There's also a glimpse of a white board with, presumably, the record's song titles. They include "Carpe Diem", "Crushing Bastards" and "Makeout Party".
