Wynonna Explains Why Mom And Sister Didn’t Get Wedding Invites
- Wynonna didn’t want to feel “self-conscious” when she got married. That’s why she says she didn’t invite her mom or sister Ashley Judd to her wedding. Wynonna explains to US Weekly that the “self-conscious” feeling would have come from things she thought her mom and sis would have done. “Ashley probably would’ve repositioned her dress, and her mom would’ve given her Kleenex to stuff in her bra or told her she had something in her teeth” She also says the family is getting ready to sit down again with their life coach to figure out a few things. “We’re getting ready to sit down with our life coach and re-evaluate what we want out of this relationship … We just don’t have a lot of contact right now, if any, because we’re all doing our own thing.” “I didn’t want it to be about anyone but Cactus and me,” Wynonna explained. “Because to me, at the end of the day, it’s the children, Cactus, and me . . I was so concerned about making this feel special for them, everything fell away.” Wynonna tied the knot with her drummer, Cactus Moser, at her farm in Leiper’s Fork, Tenn.
