Smashing Pumpkins re-release 'Pisces Iscariot'

Jul 3, 2012 - The Smashing Pumpkins’ pre-"Oceania" discography is the focus of a massive reissue campaign by EMI. Last year we saw "Gish" and "Siamese Dream" being re-released in deluxe editions, but on July, 17 it's the turn of "Pisces Iscariot". And, according to an official press release, The Smashing Pumpkins’ reissue campaign will last through 2013, covering all of the band’s albums and B-sides from 1991-2000.

The new "Pisces Iscariot" set will be available as both standard and deluxe digital edition, a standard physical edition, and on 180 gram vinyl. Deluxe physical package will include the original album remastered by Bob Ludwig, 17 previously unreleased or alternate versions of "Pisces Era" songs, 24 previously unreleased live performances, and the band’s first-ever demo reproduced on cassette, along with postcards, watercolour illustrations, photos, liner notes by David Wild, and track-by-track annotations by Billy Corgan.
