Radiohead are the top vinyl sellers of 2011

Radiohead are the best vinyl album sellers in 2011 with "The king of limbs", while Beady Eye are the best vinyl singles sellers of 2011, with three records featuring in the top five. The band led by singer Liam Gallagher occupies the first spot with single "The roller", with "Millionaire" not far behind.

At the third place we find Morrissey with his "Glamorous glue", with Beady Eye again at number four. Arctic Monkeys are sixth with "Don't sit down 'cause I've moved your chair".

If we look at the 12", we discover that Radiohead are the top sellers with their single "Supercollider/The butcher". At number two there's the Modfather Paul Weller with "Starlite".

As previously stated, Radiohead lead the album parade with "The King of limbs", while Noel Gallager reached the second spot whit his solo debut "Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds". In the meanwhile, digital music revenues rose eight percent in 2011 to $5.2 billion. But this results seems not enough to prevent another annual decline in the overall market to $16.2 billion from $16.7 billion in 2010. The data comes from  the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI).
