James Taylor is an artist that doesn't need no introduction. His career speak for itself: Grammys, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and unforgettable songs such as "Fire and rain", "Carolina in my mind" and "Something in the way she moves" are just some examples.

Rockol has met the legendary guitarist and songwriter in a hotel in Milan. We talked about his new tour, as you can also see by following this link. James will hit Italy in March and play all along the whole country for a month. "I wanted to spend quality time in Italy", he stated, "This time I'm gonna tour with a band: i got Steve Gadd on drums, Jimmy Johnson on bass and Larry Goldings on piano. We will play in small theaters, that is my favorite kind of venue".

"It's gonna be more intimate, songs sound better in this kind of situation", the artist added. After the talk, we asked him to play exclusively for us an acoustic version of his classic "Something in the way she moves". James Taylor during the next concerts will play at least a couple of new songs he wrote in the last years. During the interview, he also confirmed that he's also working on a new studio album, the first since 2002's "October road".
