Mumford & Sons launch their own festival

The Mumford & Sons have decided to create their own festival. Let's say their own mini-festival. The concert series will be called "Gentlemen of the Road stopover" and now and will hit the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The band stated: "We want to make play in towns that don't see bands too often. And celebrate the people, food and music. We want to promote the local business and we will use the bars and local venues for the aftershow party, working side by side with the locals".

Mumford and Sons will headline two shows: on June 2 at Huddersfield in the UK and on June 9 in Galway in Ireland. The other concerts will see the group "only" as a name inside the bill.

M&S will be likely to play new tracks from their forthcoming, and still untitled, record. You can hear one of them, titled "Home", directly here on Rockol.com via YouTube.
