Robyn Hitchcock will release a new album in 2013

English singer-songwriter Robyn Hitchcock will publish a new album in 2013. The Lp will be titled "Love from London" and it is scheduled for release on March 5, two days after the artist's  60th birthday. The former Soft Boys leader stated that his forthcoming work "Celebrates life in a culture imperiled by economic and environment collapse. All the ten tracks of the album are like paintings you can listen to".
"Love from London" is Hitchcock's 10th solo record, it features producer and engineer Paul Noble who contributed on bass, guitar, keyboards and vocals to the record that will follow up 2011's "Tromsø, Kaptein". Musicians such as Jenny Macro, Lucy Parnell and Anne Lise Frokedal are in the project too.

Robyn Hitchcock is going to promote "Love from London" both in the U.K. and in the U.S. in March. He is also set to appear at the 2013 edition of South by Southwest in Austin, Texas.
