Ryan Adams to preview new album in a special London gig

Ryan Adams is getting back on a stage with a full band: it'll be his first show with a backing band since the split of The Cardinals in 2009.
This comeback gig is taking place on March 19 at London’s Royal Albert Hall and it's part of the Noel Gallagher-curated Teenage Cancer Trust benefit concert series. The same evening Beth Orton will also perform as special guest.

According to the venue's ticketing site, Adams’ performance will be "very special" and the singer-songwriter will debut "new songs from his as-yet-untitled new album due for release in the autumn alongside classics from his extensive catalogue".

The new album reportedly sees Adams reuniting with 2011′s "Ashes & Fire" producer/legend Glyn Johns (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Clash); the backing band on March 19 is expected to be the same as in the studio.
