Ryan Adams' new self-titled album (his 14th) is due out on September 9th via PaxAm Records in conjunction with Columbia. The whole album, by the way, can already be streamed in full via NPR.org.

"Ryan Adams" was recorded with songwriter and producer Mike Viola. An early version of the album was recorded - spending $100,000 - with Glyn Johns; this was canned and Adams called the songs "slow, adult shit".
