Thom Yorke and the mystery of the white vinyl record...

During the last few weeks, Thom Yorke has been teasing fans with cryptic pictures on his Twitter account; but now he brought it all to the next level, sharing - via Twitter and Tumblr - a photo of a mysterious white vinyl record.

It is unknown what the vinyl contains - be it new music from Radiohead, Atoms For Peace or another Thom Yorke solo project. But, for sure, but the art on what seems to be the record sleeve, in the background of the shot, seems to be the work of long-time collaborator Stanley Donwood.

It's unlikely the record is new music by Radiohead, since - after one year of hiatus - tthey started working on a new album this month. According to some fans, the album could be a collection of full-length recordings of the music featured on the recent update of Radiohead’s PolyFauna app.
