Kylie Minogue leaves Jay Z's Roc Nation

As reported by "Billboard", Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue left - after two uears - Jay Z's label and entertainment company Roc Nation. Minogue signed with Roc Nation at the end of 2012, after an amicale split from her manager of 25 years, Terry Blamey.

Now, in an official statement, the singer announced her decision:

I’ve had an amazing time with Roc Nation and it’s been fantastic to team up with them over the last two years. We got together at a period in my life when I wanted to shake things up. I loved collaborating with Roc on the ‘Kiss Me Once’ album, world tour and DVD and have made great friends in the process. I’m now looking forward to my upcoming summer gigs and embarking on new adventures. And I want to thank everyone at Roc Nation who have been on this incredible ride with me.

During her Roc Nation stint, Kylie became a mentor on the U.K. and Australian versions of "The Voice" and released "Kiss Me Once", her 12th studio album. The album was well received, even if it didn't meet the high expectations in sales that were put on it.
