The Rolling Stones announce North American stadium tour and 'Sticky Fingers' reissue
The rolling tones strike back and will rock next summer - at lest in the US. The veteran band will embark on their first full-fledged North American tour in eight years: the Zip Code, kicking off May 24 in San Diego and running through mid-July.
Each gig will feature a set of greatest hits and "special gems" from the band’s catalog and there will be a unique stage set-up that extends deep into the audience, as well as massive video screens and special effects.
The band will also release a deluxe reissue of their 1971 album "Sticky Fingers": due out May 25, it will feature "a generous selection of previously unreleased Stones audio outtakes" including an outtake of "Brown Sugar" featuring Eric Clapton. Pre-orders are now ongoing through iTunes.
