Nettwerk acquires indie label Maxi Records

Nettwerk Music Group now owns NYC-based, independent label, Maxi Records and - obviously - its roster of artists and producers, including names such as Sagat, Danny Tenaglia, Armand Van Helden, Roger Sanchez, Mood II Swing, Cevin Fisher, Naked Music NYC, Itaal Shur, Danny Krivit, Victor Simonelli, Big Muff, Judy Albanese, Shay Jones, Masters At Work, Pal Joey, Claudio Coccoluto, Byron Burke, Benji Candelario, DJ Pierre and Julius Papp.

Nettwerk has seen strategic growth across its label, management and publishing divisions over the past 12 months, with the addition of a Nashville office, the 50% acquisition and go-forward publishing joint venture with Ten Ten Music Group, the investment and strategic relationship with Justin Time Records, and the acquisition of Robot Of the Century Music Publishing.

Now Nettwerk's roster includes Passenger, Family of the Year, fun., Guster, Wanting, Sinead O’Connor, Perfume Genius, Stereophonics, Olafur Arnalds and Chromeo, as well as sought after songwriters like Neil Mason, Jesse Jo Dillon and Andy Hill.
