David Gilmour does The Beatles’ 'Here, There and Everywhere' - LISTEN

Ex Pink Floyd's singer and guitarist David Gilmour will soon release his new solo album "Rattle That Lock" (the first in 10 years); but there's a completely unreleased and never-heard-before track he gave to British magazine "Mojo" in exclusive - and it won't be on the album. It's a cover of The Beatles' "Here, There and Everywhere", to be featured on the free cd coming with the October issue of the magazine.

Gilmour explained:

I really wish I had been in The Beatles. [They] taught me how to play guitar, I learnt everything. The bass parts, the lead, the rhythm, everything. They were fantastic.

The track was recorded by gilmour with his son Joe.
