Watch Justin Bieber performs "What Do You Mean?" on "Tonight Show"

After his performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on August 30, Justin Bieber took the stage on Wednesday's (September 2) "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" to perform his potentially chart-topping single "What Do You Mean?". 

Bieber participates extensively in the episode. He converses with host Jimmy Fallon. He helps construct the “Freestylin’ with The Roots” bit, openly discussed his emotional moment at the MTV Video Music Awards and he closed the show with a performance. 

Talking about the new album he revealed the release date, November 13, and said:

I worked so hard at this album… at becoming the man I want to become and stepping into that situation, you just can’t help but feel judged,” he said. “I wanted to win so badly, I just put everything on the line. It was authentic and real… I was just wanting it so bad.
