Coldplay’s “A Head Full Of Dreams” scores them a 7th No.1 album

Today (February 12) Coldplay’s “A Head Full Of Dreams” finally score the No. 1 in the UK album charts. This is the seventh time the band top the first position with an album.

The news comes after the band's remarkable performance at the Super Bowl 50's halftime show, where they shared the stage with Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson and Beyoncé.

“A Head Full of Dreams” was released back in December 2015, where it was kept off Number 1 by Adele's “25”. This week, though, it's Adele's turn to sit in second place as she climbs two spots to Number 2.

Last week's Number 1, David Bowie's hits collection “Best Of Bowie”, slides to Number 3, while Justin Bieber's “Purpose” at Number 4 and Bowie's “Blackstar” falls three places to 5. Highest debut goes to legendary Elton John “Wonderful Crazy Night” is new at Number 6 and gives him a 31st Top 10.
