The 1975 have scored their first No.1 album in the US and a second No.1 album in the UK

The 1975 scores its first No.1 album in the US on the Billboard 200 chart and have gone straight in at Number 1 on the UK Official Albums Chart with their sophomore album "I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It".  In the US the album is set earned 108,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 3, according to Nielsen Music. It sold 98,000 in pure album sales. Meanwhile in the UK, the Manchester band's album scored combined chart sales of 58,000, some 6,500 ahead of Adele's "25".

"I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It" is The 1975's second consecutive Number 1 in the UK, following the release of their self-titled debut back in 2013.
