Neil Young announces his new album "Peace Trail"

Iconic Canadian rocker and singer-songwriter Neil Young has announced "Peace Trail", a new album due out on December 2 via Reprise.

The release will feature 10 songs and it was recorded at Rick Rubin's Shangri La Studios; production was helmed by Young along with John Hanlon.

According to the press release, the entire album was written and recorded after the release of "Earth" - the live set issued earlier this year. Young recently released a video for the album track “Indian Givers”.

This album was recorded with session musicians Jim Keltner and Paul Bushnell. It’s described in the press release as “primarily acoustic,” though it also features Auto-Tuned Neil Young vocals. "Peace Trail" will be available as a CD, digital download, and cassette. A vinyl edition of the album will arrive in January.
