Johnny Marr on potential Smiths reunion: Morrissey’s politics are a “drawback”

Morrissey, in October, defined UK's Brexit "magnificent"; now his old bandmate and musical partner Johnny Marr has responded in an interview with Sky News. The guitarist said that a reunion of their legendary band - The Smiths - “doesn’t feel like it’s necessary at all”, then he agreed the pair have little in common “ideologically”, since Moz apparently supports far-right politician Nigel Farage:

If he is pro-Farage, that would be a slight drawback, as anyone can imagine.

Earlier this year compared the pro-Brexit campaign to Nazi propaganda.
