UMPG Appoints Rochelle Holguin Vice President of Creative Strategy

Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) has appointed Rochelle Holguin to the position of Vice President of Creative Strategy, as announced by Jody Gerson, UMPG Chairman and CEO.

Reporting to Gerson, Holguin will work closely with UMPG's Sync and A&R teams, as well as UMG’s Film/TV development group, to create partnerships and promotional opportunities with streaming services, TV/film studios, digital, social and other emerging platforms. Additionally she will work directly with managers and writers to support their creative ambitions.

Holguin joins UMPG from Viacom, where she served as VP and Head of Creative Music Services and was responsible for all aspects of music supervision and the creative production music strategy across MTV, VH1 and LogoTV’s linear and digital programs, promos, trailers and specials.  Holguin also developed and executed significant music supervision marketing initiatives across TV, digital and social platforms, generating awareness for primetime series.
