Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds plan new record

Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds are ready to come back. Last week drummer Jim Sclavunos, who plays with both Grinderman and Bad Seeds, have revealed to Faster Louder that it's time for the band to do something new together.

Sclavunos stated: "We have kind of neglected Bad Seeds of late... It’s been about four years since we have done anything and I think it's high time we made some beautiful music together, again".

The new record will be out in 2012 and will follow the 2008's "Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!", but at the moment it's really hard to imagine a precise release date.

Earlier this month, Nick Cave has revealed that his experience with the band Grinderman is over. After the show at Meredith Music Festival the frontman said: "That's it for Grinderman. It's over… See you all in another 10 years when we'll be even older and uglier".
