Man arrested for leaking Madonna single

A Panish man has been arrested,  charged and released for leaking a recording of Madonna's forthcoming new single "Gimme All Your Luvin".

The name is still unknown (just the initials: J.M.R.), but the police operation took place in the city of Zaragoza in northern Spain. According to the police he is a big Madonna fan.

Lawyers for the singer, who said in November that she was very upset over the leak, traced the posting to Spain. Police said they found recordings of the song in a search of the suspect's belongings, reports Reuters.

The pop icon will release the track in the last week of January next year, shortly before she takes to the stage to perform during the half-time show of Super Bowl XLVI on February 5.

The song will feature on Madonna's as-yet-untitled 12th studio album, which will be her first effort since 2008's "Hard Candy".
