Kraftwerk announce 8 night residency in NY

Kraftwerk, the German pioneers of electronic music, announced a New York City residency for eight concerts in a row, on April.

Each of these eight performances - at the Museum of Modern Art - will be devoted to perform one of their albums, and this is the final program:

04/11 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing Radio-Activity)
04/12 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing Trans Europe Express)
04/13 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing The Man-Machine)
04/14 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing Computer World)
04/15 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing Techno Pop)
04/16 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing The Mix)
04/17 – New York, NY @ Museum of Modern Art (Performing Tour de France)

In addition to tracks from the night’s respective album, each performance will feature other original compositions “intended to showcase the group’s influence on contemporary culture.” All of the music will be set to projected images, including 3-D ones.
