Fiona Apple announce comeback tour

Rockol.com has already talked about Fiona Apple's comeback. The American singer will soon release her new album, but now more news have come. Apple has also announced her first US tour in five years.

The Manhattan singer-songwriter will play the following dates:

03/15 – Austin, TX @ Central Presbyterian Church (SXSW)
03/19 – Chicago, IL @ Lincoln Hall
03/21 – Washington, DC @ Sixth and I
03/23 – Brooklyn, NY @ Music Hall of Williamsburg
03/24 – Atlantic City, NJ @ TBA
03/26 – New York, NY @ Bowery Ballroom
03/27 – Boston, MA @ Royale

As we already reported, the new record by Fiona will hit the stores later this year. The confirmation has arrived from Epic Records CEO L.A. Reid on Twitter. "Lots of good music coming from @Epic_Records in the next few weeks. Stay tuned music fans. Welcome back Fiona!", he wrote on his account.

 

The new Fiona Apple's record may also contain the song"So sleepy", recorded with  producer Jon Brion for the "Chickens in Love" benefit album.
