Liam Gallagher sings Oasis songs: first time since 2009!

According to NME, Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye on June, 28 played a triumphant gig (and they'll be onstage again on Saturday June, 30 at Heaton Park, supporting The Stone Roses, The Wailers, Professor Green and Hollie Cook).

During this warm-up set at Warrington's Parr Hall, Beady Eye did not perform their last two singles "Millionaire" and "The Beat Goes On"; instead they played a new Liam-penned song called "World Not Set In Stone" and then - to the fans' delight - the band dug into the Oasis catalogue for the first time in their history, playing the Noel-written "Rock 'n' Roll Star" and "Morning Glory".

Here is Beady Eye's setlist:

'Four Letter Word'
'Beatles and Stones'
'Bring the Light'
'World Not Set In Stone'
'Rock 'n' Roll Star'
'The Roller'
'Standing on the Edge of the Noise'
'Wigwam'
'Morning Glory'
'Sons of the Stage'
'Three Ring Circus'
'The Morning Son'
