Eric Clapton goes back to his roots: "Old sock" is the twentyfirst studio recording of the famed guitarist, produced with Doyle Bramhall II, Justin Stanley amd Simon Climie, It includes rereadings ofn Taj Mahal, Leadbelly, Kern/Hammerstine, Gary Moore, Otis Redding and collaborations with Paul McCartney,Steve Winwood, JJ Cale.
In this videointerview, Clapton tells the story behind some of the songs, starting with Taj Mahal's "Further on up the road” di Taj Mahal, up to the duet with his old pal JJ Cale.
