The White Stripes' 'Elephant' reissue gets a wide release

Last April, on Record Store Day, Jack White’s Third Man Records released a limited-edition vinyl reissue of The White Stripes’ "Elephant" album.
Since 2013 marks the tenth anniversary of the album’s release, White now decided to celebrate releasing a wider pressing of the reissue, for those who didn't have the chance to grab one of the limited edition batch.

On August 27th, indeed, the reissue will be available on 180 gram double black vinyl (the first pressing for Record Store Day was on colour vinyl), packaged inside a double-gatefold, printed inner sleeve with an MP3 download card.
The album was mastered directly from the original, analogue source from the 2002 recordings at Toe Rag Studios.
