Kanye West sent 'cease and desist' paper to Coinye West team

Despite the invitation to Kanye West made by the cryptocurrency Coynie West creators to join them in their adventure, the rapper didn't appreciate the operation.
West's legal team, indeed, sent to the developers behind the new crypto-currency company a cease and desist paper asking to stop using the terms "Coinye West" and "Coinye", stop the development and distribution of any products and services, stop using Kanye's copyrighted material and completely delete the website and social media accounts.
"Given Mr. West’s wide-ranging entrepreneurial accomplishments, consumers are likely to mistakenly believe that Mr. West is the source of your services", the lawyers argued.

The creators of the cryptocurrency then changed the product's name to just "Coinye" and moved to a .in domain, registered in India. They also updated the look a little bit:
