The Cure: new album ‘4:14 Scream' announced, plus live DVDs and tour

2014 is going to be a really busy year for The Cure and Robert Smith. The band, indeed, announced the plan to release soon the follow-up to 2008′s "4:13 Dream" album, which will be titled "4:14 Scream" - a collection of tracks recorded at the same time as "4:13 Dream", but with a darker and sombre edge.

The Cure also promised to release “in the next few months” both a series of live DVDs, but no details have been given. There are also plans for a new "Trilogy"-style tour, this time featuring full performances the three albums released between 1984 and 1987.
