AEG Live partners leading UK horse-racing group to host major concerts

AEG Live has formed a new partnership with Jockey Club Live, the joint venture of Britain’s leading racecourse group Jockey Club Racecourses and live-music and entertainment specialist Live at the Races.

The new deal means AEG Live, the world’s second biggest concert promoter after Live Nation, will provide its live-music expertise to Jockey Club Live. Additionally, it will handle the booking of artists scheduled to appear at Jockey Club Live’s shows from summer 2015 onwards.

Jockey Club Live’s unique selling point is the music events it is able to host at the famous horse-racing venues (pictured).

Jockey Club Live was established to increase the popularity and commercial success of live-music events at the 15 Jockey Club-owned racecourses around the UK. More than 300,000 people attended the first season of Jockey Club Live music events during the summer of 2014.
