Sony/ATV, FUGA announce new senior appointments

Sony/ATV has announced the promotion of Jennifer Knoepfle to the role of Senior VP and Head of West Coast A&R. She was previously Senior Vice President, Creative and had joined Sony/ATV in 2009. 

The publisher also announced the promotion of Amanda Berman-Hill to the role of Senior Vice President and Head of West Coast Writer Relations. Both roles are based in Los Angeles. 

Sony/ATV’s Chairman and CEO Martin Bandier stated: “Working on behalf of our songwriters is at the heart of what we do at Sony/ATV and in Jennifer and Amanda we have two exceptional A&R executives with a gift for maximizing the opportunities for songwriters.”

Digital distribution and services company FUGA has appointed René Andreasi-Bassi  as Head of Marketing & Promotions and Michael Cassidy as Head of Operations.

Andreasi-Bassi’s experience includes building an award-winning creative team at Discovery Network and at FUGA he is tasked with overseeing marketing for aggregation clients and grow a global team. 

Cassidy joins from Liberty Global, he will oversee the operational advancement of FUGA’s platform and client support services.
