The Flaming Lips remember David Bowie with 8 covers at tribute concert - VIDEO

Wayne Coyne's band - The Flaming Lips - performed a gig at at Aspen’s Belly Up on February 12. Their set was split into two parts: eight Bowie covers and a bunch of originals.

Coyne and his associates played “Space Oddity”, “Ziggy Stardust”, “Fame”, “Golden Years” and “Ashes to Ashes” were played for the first time ever by the group; then they also performed “Life on Mars”, “The Man Who Sold the World” and “Five Years” - which they already played previosuly.
