The queen of bangerz, Miley Cyrus, will release a new single soon. The track is called "Malibu" - the title was chosen thinking about the California beach community where she currently resides - and is due out on May 11, with a video co-directed by Cyrus and "We Can't Stop" collaborator Diane Martel.
Cyrus explained she wrote the ong on the way to a taping of "The Voice":
I drive myself everywhere, but that day I decided to Uber. I was trying not to sing out loud because someone else was in the car.
The song is said to be about her fiance Liam Hemsworth, with lyrics going:
I never would’ve believed you if three years ago you told me I’d be here writing this song. But here I am, next to you, the sky so blue, in Malibu.
I don't make music for eyes. I make music for earsWho said it? >
