The Chainsmokers co-found blockchain-ticketing startup Yellowheart

There are many blockchain-ticketing companies on the market, right now. One of the latest being born is YellowHeart, which wants to help artists set the rules for how (or if) their tickets can be resold.

The company is planning to launch in the second quarter of 2020, with CEO Josh Katz promising that its public-blockchain tech will ensure that “no matter where the tickets are sold, they have to abide by those rules… all transactions go through YellowHeart, all the revenue flows through YellowHeart”.

The company has already been profiled by TechCrunch, likely due to one of its differentiating aspects: Alex Pall and Drew Taggart out of the Chainsmokers are co-founders of the company, along with manager and Disruptor Records boss Adam Alpert.
