All our lives we've done what we're told
Left with a perspective to following the code
Rewriting, recycling chapters we already wrote
Left to die out in the cold, there's a long way to go

Let me pass into the unknown (from which I came from)
Because the path we chose to get back home is far too long
And the saddest part is that we know
