Julia Her Best Friend

Julia is written, was written just a few months ago
So that's a new one
And that was written basically about my best girlfriend Robyn
Who I've been friends with for 15, 16 years
Who has seen this whole thing transpire
From me at 15 and a half
Moving from Salt Lake City, Utah to Arcadia High School
With my huge Mexican basket full of stuff
And in a completely different motif
Than everybody else, I was so weird

I mean, I've always looked weird
I mean, I always looked completely different than everybody else
I have these wild outfits, right?
And uhm, so she's seen it all
And Robyn and I's friendship
Has been the one thing that has really lived through all this

And there's a movie called Julia and Julia and Lily
Lily and Helena and Julia, are so much like Robyn and I
That when I saw that movie it just killed me
And I wanted and I said I would write a song called Julia for Robyn
