Hey Y'all (Commentary)
This is the song that we've been opening up my live show with
And it's just a fun, fun song I had
Just an idea, you know
From watching concerts and watching the crowds
That's how I try to write songs is
Is watching what they react to
And I just imagined, it maybe a while before I'm in arenas but
You know I just imagine being in an arena, and singing a song
And making everybody wave
And I thought "Hey y'all" could be
Cool idea, it's just a fun, feel good song
That is a kind of a party song
And one for the guys and the girls that
That I think, it's got some cool lines
That I think people are gonna remember
And will probably get some cool march ideas out of
And it's just a fun, fun song I had
