…Ready For It? - Commentary
This is Big Machine Radio
I am Becca
And can you believe it has been a year
Since Taylor Swift released her "Reputation" album
We wanted to celebrate by looking at things through your eyes
We asked you, the fans, to let us know
"What is your favorite song off "Reputation?"
Or, "What was your favorite memory from her tour?"
And we're gonna take a look back at this album
Play every song and hear from you
And what you thought
"Hi, my name's Emma
My favorite part of the "Reputation" stadium tour
Was when we were all waiting for Taylor to come out
And that, when she did, the whole crowd just went wild
It was so amazing!"
Yeah, the tension that built up as we were all waiting for Taylor
Was pretty incredible
"Hi, my name's Sean, and I'm from Boston
And I saw Taylor Swift at Gillette Stadium
Night number two, and the best part of the tour
For me, is that very first part of it
When "Ready for It" starts playing
And you realize that Taylor's coming out onto the stage
And, you know, all that waiting that you've been doing for the last couple years
Was all worth it
I still get chills when I think about it
And I can't wait to see her again next time"
Sean, I couldn't agree more
I remember how I felt when she finally hit the stage
It was amazing!
And of course, she kicked off the "Reputation" tour with this song
It's "Ready for It", track one on the album
